Chicken bbq panini

Saturday's lunch: Roast chicken breast, barbecue sauce, provolone cheese, red onion slices, avocado, roma tomato, crusty sourdough bread ~ all these went into the making of this tasty chicken barbecue panini, recipe from Tiffany Collins' 200 Best Panini Recipes. Note: Her recipe called for the use of french bread, but I opted for sourdough bread instead.
